To be fair, I think "This is fucking dumb" is the only acceptable and reasonable answer to anything involving a santa dabbing.

I'm not sure that is fair - i really was just trying to have a fun thread about something goofy, so to have somebody calling it "fucking dumb" seems unnecessary and uncalled for.

lol, what are you talking about? when's the last time i posted something about a fad? i've got a 'secret sibling' (secret santa) party with my in-laws in a few weeks, saw this clothing, thought it was a good fit for the party, and also that it seems to benefit deserving people. so i posted something in an off-topic esr journal about it because i thought some people out there might think it's interesting. that's about all there is to it - i'm a perfectly well-adjusted guy with a normal life, good family, friends, hobbies, habits, etc., so your rant that somehow judges me based on a single nearly-non-substantive post on esr seems pretty far off base to me. but whatever, man. if trying to cut someone down over something so mundane as this is your thing, you gotta do what you gotta do. in my view, it's a waste of time. but again...whatever.

in any case, what i meant was that i'm trying to be a nice guy on ESR, but i fucked up bigtime when i got in an altercation with you over something that doesn't merit such an altercation. basically, it was my roundabout way of saying sorry to you and others here for bringing such negativity.

for what it's worth (and that isn't much - you all have your own shit to deal with), i've had a nasty 2+ weeks at work with very little sleep, high stress, and got sick toward the end of all that, so i'm quite on edge, and that's probably why i was so rude, inappropriate, and confrontational earlier. not an excuse, but certainly helps me understand my own actions. i'll try to better in the future, especially when talking to you, palatka. hope you can forgive and forget!
