Make sure you register on the site and sign-up to one or more of the events before Nov 27th 11:59pm EST. Once you have sign-up pay the entry fee of $5 CAD, make sure you select CAD from the drop down on paypal. Contact an admin on discord when you have to make sure your payment is accounted for as fast as possible.

If you just missed the deadline, please contact TheMafia on discord ASAP! If you are very late we may not enter you into the event at all! If you are late, the payment of $5 CAD will be required first, and you will be manually entered into the event by the admins only if payment is confirmed!

Seeding will be decided by admins, rules are finalized. Maps will be distributed and preparations for the main event will be underway. If you want to help out, contact us on discord.

Dec 2, 6:00pm EST (00:00 CET) the brackets will be live. Meet on discord with the other contestants in the designated channel to begin your duels, make sure an admin knows you are playing.

If you start your games on this day (Dec 2) they will count as you being 'Checked-in' for the mandatory check-in the next day. This is here to allow people with a tight schedule to remain in the event.

Dec 3, 12:00PM to 2:00PM EST (18:00 to 20:00 CET) - You must sign in and start your duels at this time, i have opened the check in time to a wider slot so that the check in does not favor the EU players. I have been informed that 12:00pm EST (18:00 CET) is a little early for some NA players.

During this day, you can play winners and losers brackets up to and NOT including the quarter finals. Any matches past this may not be counted unless one of the players will not be in attendance the next day (this player is willingly giving up any additional prizes gained beyond this point)

After a break for the contestants, as there will be players exhausting their energy in both tournaments, the brackets will resume on Dec 4th, at 2:00pm EST (20:00 CET).

Most games in this section will be broadcast on streams so the pace will be slower to make sure all games are covered.
