Not in the game but i know some people who managed to make something out of it... basically bought property in places right before they got gentrified- so the value of the property shot up. If you can predict which inner city hell-hole is going to have a lot of college kids moving to it then you've hit the jackpot if you can sit on something there for a few years. (And with 40k, the only thing you can afford in a city is something like that) Basically you'd be waiting for some developer to call you asking to buy your lot so they can knock it down and build something actually nice to live in now that money is moving into the place.

When you see these faggots moving in you're either too late or just on time.

Not sure what the other strategies are since im not a PRO :] or i would have a lot more money... Anyway that's how they explained it to me, im pretty sure this is completely useless unless you live in some place where this thing happens
