This can lower a mouses weight a fair bit depending on the mouse so you'll need to take that into account if you are used to it.

You can also cut/sew it into "air pots" for plants. Keeps them from getting root bound.

QCK Heavy, use as doormat for few days, wipe off with damp cloth, use.

Depends how dirty your shoes get lol, but yea i put mine face down on carpet with a rug on top. Give it a few days and the friction from carpet seems to take that brand new shine off the pad, leaving it smooth and even but with perfect friction.

As in very smooth but with some inertia, i.e not slippery. It IS a thing :)

I use Razer Goliathus Control for high friction now. It is slow enough compared to Speed version or Logitech G240. Back in the days I used QcK Heavy and Allsoap.

The only disadvantage of Goliathus is that it prickles your wrist a little bit. At the beginning I constantly had impression that there are small bread crumbs on my pad :).

Just bought a HyperX Fury pad a few days ago. Really like it so far, it has quite high friction but it's still smooth and consistent. Reminds me of the old Qck+ which were pretty high friction.

artisan Hien is the opposite of what you're looking for, but on their site iirc there are tons of options rgearding friction
