Also I'd suggest to change stream video settings to - 1280x720 & 60fps. That would feet your current stream bitrate finely.

Here is a bit more suggestions:
- "cg_screenDamage 0" to turn off red notification in the middle of the screen when POV gets damage
- "cg_specItemTimers "15" to enable timers for YA armors too
- also it would be nice if you increase video bitrate for at least 1mbps, otherwise I would suggest you to try "r_picmip 10" so it would save current bitrate for other details.
