genious vision takes alot of messing around to be able to pick up birds with out clouds being detected during the day, but you can get the motion detection to 98%

the downside, it will fill up your drive with a continuous recording and mark the parts with motion, which is lame and is shit to export to mp4

genius vision bricked my webcam, so detach your cam from a channel when messing with motion detections video analytic functions

got it working again, and a uninstall, registry clean, switching USB ports
