I've reloaded Quake a few weeks ago and it's been working great until about a week ago when I joined to play some before school. Everything felt crappy as fuck, i checked the lagometer and it was all weird. Turns out I'm running QL @20-30fps even thought it's capped at 250fps and I've always had it stable at that. I've tried everything, disabling steam could sync, reinstalling, trying new cfg's, from scratch - nothing worked. Some help would be appreciated.
