I made a website where anyone can create a community hub for any game. These hubs provide the following:

-real-time lobby list for:
*pick up games
*ranked pick up games
*regions specified in lobby listings
-Global chat (think irc channel)
-Schedule of events for tournaments, more active nights, etc.
-Friends list + private chats
-Custom rule-sets/map pools

All on one page in real time.

I've already set one up for duel. Feel free to set one up for any other gamemode, it's pretty simple to do so.
