Qualifiers already in june?
I'm not so sure people at id have a clue on how much work this game still needs before you can already start tournaments.

Let it be issues on netcode, weapons, hitreg. The list goes on. The forum has a shitload of user issues and bug reports and i doubt id has a guy reading the forums the whole day to forward the bug reports.

I just have the dull feeling that wrong people are working on QC and that a lot of issues won't be resolved.

I always wondered why Quake doesn't have FFA with teams.
But it's a shame they killed proper "duel with teams".

This means they consider the current state of the game to be near release worthy.

They seem to dont want to waste their own main tournament of the year once more on QL. But nothing is announced yet, lets wait with sepukku a month or two.

Duel-mode needs a revamp, it's very boring in its current state. The gameplay is great so I hope someone at id can sort out the mode.
