People give him shit saying you wouldn't be allowed to use your aim vs the best players. True, they'd try to make it meaningless.

Here though, Heart is saying in that situation, meaning, if he was placed into that position, he could hit better.

He's got the skill to beat most on the lg :)

First, he couldn't hit better.

Second, that wasn't 45%. Tox had 45% LG average at almost 6 minutes into the duel.

Have you seen heartless playing duel? His aim becomes mediocre in maps that aren't thunderstruck. Most duelers included Rapha easily hit harder than heartless.

LG is dependant on the accuracy of the other player... his aim is ofcourse unreal but dont get hype about his acc when hes playing against someone who cant average above 40+. the push of the opponents LG is the deciding factor rather than a players dodge.

as annoying as heartless can be nobody can deny his LG, i would like to see him hit 40+ against him^^. Also rapha only made that play to deny the mega, gifting him the easy angle...

I don't think he was trying to deny it. He was trying to win the LG battle by picking up the mega mid-fight, as he did, but he wasn't counting on Tox having that much damage output.

Denying it by dying wasn't the best outcome for Rapha because he spawns with nothing and no ability to take any major item (the red was coming in 15 seconds, which Rapha knew the time of and didn't go for).

In any case, hitting 45% average LG against Rapha in a duel is no easy feat. Rapha is known for his good positioning, so it usually means you're trying to hit him from a disadvantageous position, which doesn't make high accuracies easy.
