That error message I don't know about, but I had the same issue with the datacenters going N/A except the ones with really high ping, and that was fixed by disabling IP flood detection in router settings. Now I can play again. I never got that error though, but it's worth a shot!

I've been having tons of errors, when I investigated further it turns out the launcher had downloaded the game 4 times and was randomly picking which corrupt copy of it to start.

The solution was to delete the directory, uninstall the launcher then reinstall it (although it still didn't work until the second attempt of this)

Through a VPN it all seems to work, although with huge pings and a lot of lag as expected.

It's the fault of your IP, router, provider or QoS then.

Check IP, restart modem, check if it changed, try QC again.

If not ask provider for new IP.

You can try lowering your MTU to see if that makes a difference.
