this is the wrong forum to post low skill videos without something special but dont give up!
Just practice (movement) and watch pro demos so you will get better.
Maybe choose a hero with easier movement (a hero without aircontrol! and maybe without strafejump/circlejump ability). I think clutch has UT movement so this hero may suit you. Clutch is OP atm anyway so even pro players choose clutch as their main hero.
Just dont take it personal but quake has the largest skill level of all games.
I play quake multiplayer since quake3 and I never reached high skill. My movement is fine, I know the game basics (timing, positioning, enemy reading and so on) and my aim is fine (30-40%lg) but I've never gone beyond mid skill.
You will need at least a half year to get to mid skill (when you are a exceptional fast learner). I needed about 2 years just to get to mid skill and i am still being raped by high skill players...
Or just listen to what people are telling you. If you're going to use Anarki then embrace his air control instead of trying to strafe jump with him, you're losing half of his abilities.
Your movement is not bad but your movement for anarki is really bad. You can strafe jump ok but the point of this champion is to fly around the map using bunny hop and not stop on every corner/health pickup. In the way you're playing it would be much better to play galena. You will move as you do now and have benefit of bigger health/armor plus ability to heal/kill via totems
