Orbb should definetly have some ability conneccted to his eye and his legs/arms.

Make him jump further/higher as passive, (he will most likely be pretty easy to hit so he should be a pretty fast champion).
Mostly noobs plays Orbb so this could give them an easy way to get rail on dm6 et cetera.

Something with his eye as active, make enemies green and give picmip 6 for a 30 sec period or something.

Since his legs are actually arms, maybe he can climb. :D

This would actually make sens since he got his weapons on his back, so he should be able to shoot meanwhile doing it, unlike doomguy.

I would also love the idea of having spectators visible in warmup as orbbs observing the match with their eyes.

In QL, in bot form, I think she prefers to use Shotgun doesn't she? But I've always had her as a rocket fiend in my head cannon of Crash!

I think she should be a Medium armor Champion and that her specials should have something to do with rockets. Maybe she could spawn with 2 or 3 rockets, however, the final 2 rockets that she spawns with would have a cooldown. Maybe she could fire the first one and then have to wait 5 seconds before using the next 2. Though, if she picked up a RL from the ground like normal, that 5 second cooldown would go away, of course.

And as a second special, maybe she could use a special ability that, for 5 seconds or maybe 10, could immune her from rocket damage that she causes to herself. Then should could chase suddenly or at the end of a match while trying to catch an enemy quickly. Could also allow some nice rockets close-range with little risk aside from enemy damage. Maybe like a 40-second cooldown for that ability.

I really have no idea... I just want Crash in the game and it feels wrong that she wasn't an original Champion. =(

I think shotgun is her iconic gun, but she is a trainee-bot in both Q3 and QL. I agree though that she fits with a rocket launcher, but I don't think she should have any of her specials bound to the gun.

I like the idea with her able to chase down enemies, or escape as toxjq is using Scalebearer, so maybe give her some gas she can release in her helmet to give a temporary haste. Maybe she even can take10% reduced damage while the gas lasts. This haste do not affect the weapons though, they fire at normal rate.

how about a champion who spawns with 125hp and no armor, 200 hp and 200 armor cap, 320 ups movement speed and no speed cap. His downside is no abilities.

I want Uriel, mostly because its my model and I like the jumping sound but I think he should have some demon ability. A shockwave to bounce you away or use of his wings for a short flight jump like a jetpack or something. Ideally a middle stacked character.

I'm afraid he would/will become a meme like Sorlag.

If you like him because of the sound you are in for a big dissapointment if they introduce him. ;)

Ideas like this should be encouraged. Because of the new abilities introduced to the quake franchise, there shouldnt be much limiting the implementing abilities. If they followed this doctrine, qc would actually become something more unique as opposed to the "marketing what works" bs. I feel it's necessy adjust stuff for semblance of balance.

Skill to kill is the only focus needed. Rely on weapons for dmg. Any ability involving instant kills that don't involve actually having to read the opponent should be the only rule followed for shunning new and creative abilities. Today's games need more creativity and the devs need the ABILITY to ask themselves "why not?", and just go for it.

What difference does it make anyhow if this game fails?

If they did add new characters with weird abilities - which is pretty awesome actually.

They could just also create a vanilla game type where it's purely 1v1 / 2v2 / 4v4 etc. It can be like what they have in Unreal Tournament called Mutators or w/e.

So far I like all the champions and their abilities EXCEPT for Nyx - I like the 3 second cool down so you can time that invis with item steals and pickups - However, there needs to be another 3 seconds or so from when you come out of invis where you can't attack.

Nothing enduces more rage when you're fully stacked and the whore manages to hit you from behind with 2 100 damage rockets and shit. That's not really very skillful per se, I however haven't played against her enough to justify true rage to her, I could just throw a clutch in to the 3 champion pick.

Simple. Nyx has to have movement sounds while invisible, couldn't be used for initiating such long range, unpredictable offensive. Shouldn't be completely invincible, has to take at least some 10-20% damage, God mode ability is a pretty dumb gimmick.
