I have decided to host a duel tournament instead of "give away" that I had when I started streaming Quake games. People just came for giveaway to claim funds so this time I decided to make a duel tournament for
that I bought and is without any use. Mouse is worth 60€ + 1 year of warranty.

You'll get those lovely freebie seekers. Standard marketing bullshit to be honest.
You need to run better incentives to retain your viewers.
Also, regarding majority of streamers in quake or most fps games, they focus mainly on the gameplay without caring about the interactivity of viewers.
I don't have a massive following on my twitch channel, however I do have a lot of viewers when I do stream more consistently. I chat shit with them, I get some drama going. Play some good music and just do whatever.
So if you're hosting tournament, think of different things you can do for said competition. See if your viewers are willing to donate things, it doesn't have to be massive, just a small incentive of things to work.
There are many ways to run it, depends on how committed you are to it.
