no problem, if you're interesting in joining then holla @ me when you've got 6-7,000 hours of TFC under your belt (most of us have 20-30,000 hours of TFC experience but because you are good at Quake I think you could get there in 6-7,000) x

possibly not but you have to consider his motivational factors too, there's literally 0 money in TFC right now and a player with his esports pedigree and accumulated prize winnings wouldn't focus on a hobbyist game - more so now considering Quake Champions has sizable financial backing and he placed well in the qualifiers / is currently dominating the online NA ESL league.
