just enter the commands without putting values and other parameters and the console will display the command description

instead of:

bot_skill 1

just enter

bot_skill

Most of those were for me to be able to debug the bots while creating them, so not too useful to you as a player.

Bot_skill is important - adjusts the difficulty (1-5). You could also tweak min/max accuracy if you wanted although I would leave them alone (0-1 I guess? Not checked the code in some years...)

Anything with debug in it you want to leave off unless you want to try and understand why they are making the decisions they do.

Bot_friendly stops them shooting by you (again, not too useful unless you want the watch what they are doing), while bot_movement can be used to stop them moving. Back I think a couple of people used stationary bots for learning spawn points.
