Hard to pick just one. But surely my top ten, based on the number of times I've watched them, would be: Dag Def Extreme 3, Used and Abused, Lyon Connection, Annihilation, The Contenders 2, It's Pekka, Owl, Midget, and Dorftrottel. Each have different vibes and so it depends on my mood which is more enjoyable.

Hehe good man! Its just a really well done fragmovie with great frags, doc runs and some funny moments in it.
And rtcw was such a good teamplay-game and awesome to spectate. I hope they'll make rtcw2 one day...

Right, if you want to get down to every mechanic then yes not the same.

However, the style is the same, the team mechanics were still the same.

Played them both competitively for years and I always did prefer RtCW over ET but that was due to the maps and the speed of the game.

Played them both as well, for a looong time.

The differences are big enough that it matters imo.
Artillary, riflenades, more heavy weapons, slower firerates but more accurate weapons, command posts.

Team stuff was very similar though yeah, but a different game still.
