I personally like toxjq`s config , just remember to edit all the keybindings ,mouse setup,resolution and hz to your own liking, and then write "/writeconfig rm.cfg" in the console to save your own.

Just use my HoQ Fall *.cfg as a basis. It's neat, no useless cvars, contains the default values in comments as well, contains toggle scoreaboard and +acc binds - and easily modifiable for your needs in general.

I updated mine on esr recently, it's got the commands bunched up together per group visual/sound/movement etc.

I use about 55cm/360 so you might wanna change the sens.
