Last year was the first time I didn't watch quakecon tourney since they've been streaming it. And I've watched literally 2min or less of quake champions, I just couldn't take anymore, had to tap out. It was a European quakecon qualifier, can't remember if it was poni or pavel, but the 2 rejects casting were losing their shit about pavel/poni's "epic dodge of so and so's bullrush!!!111" I just couldn't, I felt extremely dirty and violated and had to take a scalding hot shower. Needless to say, I've never played QC, have no intention of either.

i actually like watching QC more then i do QL , i have watched enough QL .

However the duel round format is absolutely horrible and destroys any momentum.

Imagine going to the cinema to see the newest blockbuster, but then 3 times during the movie there is a lenghty commercial.
just .. no, would ruin it.

And when you add boring OP champs ontop of that, and dont fix it for 4-5 months?? hint clutch, that is an outrage tbh.

I am getting also bored as soon as the match starts. This game is stupid rushing all the time. Tried to watch the last final of 125fps because somebody said it was good. Tapped out after 5 minutes. Some montgs ago i was forcing myself to concentrate on this game. Found some things interesting in the meta but it could not keep me. Because the meta is not significant enough. Othee than that its stupid. No intereting things in this game for me.

I will probably watch the bigger names play duel in a big tourney, but only for nostalgia.

Deep down I don't like the amount of BS and randomness of the game. Only good thing about the game for me is FFA and only then when it runs ok.

The selling point of the game was to "play how you want" hence the different champs.

One of the champs might have something that makes you feel like "I can compete"

Instead you have to play a bunch of BS you don't want, then when your winning the cut you off like a bunch of assholes and then you start over.

There should be an international law that prohibits anyone other than English mofo's from casting.

At he end of the day we still gonna have classic duel, or atleast round system removed and just 1 champ pickuop. But devs are crazy as we already know..
