Apparently these notes are not final, and are likely to change a bit before they release this patch to the public, but its likely a good indicator of what to expect...

This is the first time it looks like someone actually Put some thoughts into it.
Those patches are like roulette... after several tries they got lucky and hit the right hp/ap values. Althought those proper values are almost identical to q3 settings :p
Hmm, basically you do not care more about any Quake. If QC were to become the mold of a "classic" Quake(like QL), would you go back to playing QC? Or is not that the question that matters to you?
My reasons are that I refuse to pay for a game that even most vets of quake don't like and that no one plays it and that duel is dead and that tim and sync are still employed making quack titles.

I dont get the stack change either i think it will achieve opposite of what they want. Who wants to play a champ that has a hitbox so big ur gonna eat every ng lg 100%.
The tanks will eat extra damage from every gun, and some of those DMG values are insanely high where getting hit ONCE can cost you.
Way in excess of what the "extra" stack is doing when the rail now hits 100 whichever way you use it. Or you eat a SG, or nail spam.
Similar logic applies for the lights, so the smart money is with the mediums, they have the best overall attributes, while the other two classes are just too risky.
If they give everyone the same hitbox, kept this health and armour stack, and just let the speed be the deciding factor that would probably work better.
I think they are so invested on this different hitbox thing they don't grasp the simple fact that its inherently broken and while they seem to be trying to uniform the rest of the game in realization of this, the hitbox differences is actually the source of the problem because once you go past a certain size (scalebearer) where even I am landing 2 out of 3 rails in the open on tanks, the top players will hardly ever miss which means you get caught out in the open and you're eating 2-3 rails within 5 seconds and dead.
So like i said, there's no real reason to play anyone but mediums, which is why, everyone is playing them.
What i like about QC is the stack difference and i realy don't want health to decay over time unless it's over the cap.
-Galena has hitbox of Nyx/slash but with 125 HP / 25 ARM and totems.. thats just wrong. Increase galena hitbox.
-Everyone is asking for a Visor hp decrease but they don't listen?
-Doom is ok, his ulti is catching ppl from too further away, im totaly ok with him beeing able to run MUCH faster, but not ok to get punched literaly 3+ meters away. Maybe has soemthing to do with netcode?
Sorlag is funy af, realy loves it. I think ppl dont play it cuz his movements are super hard to master, and lets not even talk about new comers = for them it's just impossible to use him properly xD
These are PTS patch notes only that they ask in a disclaimer at the top in every version not to share, because -
All or none of the changes here might be in the next production update, it might be the one after or never. PTS doesn't have to be only one step ahead, or even a direct step as it's for testing anything they want to.
