Paying them salary whole year to attend two events a year is hardly logic

They honestly need to move to a different game if they actually want to do this and make a full time income.

Quake will be nothing but a pocket money game, if there aren't at least 6 tournaments a year with a substantial prize pool there's no way they'll be able to live off of the small earnings in little cups.

It's sad :-(

all they have to do is team up and stream fortnite or other battle royale together, they do that, they will easly destroy enemys, after a while they will have their salary income

It's not that simple. When it comes to twitch people seem to have favorite streamers rather than favorite games. I'v seen these guys play fortnite and they had less viewers than playing quake.

It was probably made before the visa thing actually, when I took the picture of Av3k and Cypher at DreamHack Tours Av3k was saying he was wearing this tshirt for the last time.

logic move on virtus.pro end - they took an early risk in this venture to not be late to the party incase QC turns out to be an esports hit. Since it is a flop with no return instead they cut their costs in time.

Not their fault - thats how companies work - and not av3k/cyphers fault aswell. sad nontheless.

i stream fortnite often and just from donations etc...make about a grand a month..
