I use 93fov @ 1920x1080. I want to convert the vertical fov to 2560x1600 for my 30 inch monitor. How would I go about calculating this?

Reason I am using such a huge monitor is because as monitors have increased in size, pros have started using lower sens and fov and I am wondering how far I can push this.
