Yes, it's also possible on aero with the yellow and 5hp bubbles.

On Cure :

-> Pick up enough armor to get to 100/100, wait till everything respawn
-> Pick up red to get to 200 armor
-> Get Mega (you should be at least 200/190)
-> Take teleporter to get green armor + 5 hp bubbles, you should be 200/200 for a fraction of a second. Be sure to take the green armor just after your health/armor has tickened down. If you take it just before... you'll just instantly get back to 199.
