Because, seriously, it's entirely luck based---which makes it quite different from things like strafe jumping. They may as well just give a point to a randomly selected team at a random time and call it a feature.

could as well take a look the "helpful" reviews for qc in steam for the last week ... its somehow sad, the game is getting punished so much, its not bad, but thats all I can say about it, its good enough to play it, its still the best quake, but its really not a marvel from a quality perspective ... its like having to drive with a bad quality mountainbike instead of a good road bike on the street, you can still bike sure, but somethings lacking there, bad quality is just not a good thing ...

that was a bit wrongly phrased, this game is our best chance for a dm game and after qc there prolly won't be another dm fps for a long time, I do not really believe in diabotical ... I personally dont have these systemproblems, I acknowledge the game is not perfect, I have somtimes stuttering in the beginning too, there are long loading times, long intros, unprofessional menus, but it is still quake ... these guys right now at id are not capable of delivering a real quality game ... and the players dont really accept anything that is not branded quake ...

Don't you get the feeling when you play QC that you really wish you were playing a different quake? It's like a girl giving you a really good blowie, then stopping before you finish. I'd love to see QC succeed, but personally it's lacking the satisfaction I used to get playing QW/Q2/Q3/Q4/QL.

They dont read it. Mortal Emperor occasionally does some drive by posts when he sees comments he does not like but you will never get actual responses to questions or any kind of conversation.

There are occasional threads where people asking for useful improvments like server browser or fixes to the crappy engine - but I think the majority gave up awhile ago and now that forum is mostly full of people complaining about lootboxes and XP grind. Thats all that really left of the playerbase is the XP grinders and these tards who say shit like "i log in for my daily rewards but I just got duplicates" or " I spent 5 days trying to unlock a skin"

I honestly don't blame the devs for not wanting to waste their time reading half the crap on that site.

I had a feeling reading QC forum, that there are mentally deranged kids everywhere,
that feel like hitbox with the size of full screen is perfectly fine,
as is lack of game sound, you should not hear your enemies far away, and ofcourse abilities that give wallhack or kill other champions is purely adding skill to the game, lmao.
