Put an Xbox and TV near your bed, go to bed earlier and play that awhile. You will at least have gone to bed and then will realise you are tired an hour or so later from laying down.

I have built a junker PC for same kind of deal. With xbox control I can play things like GZdoom and what im finding really good with xbox control is Fallout4 - can play this game for 200 hours and still find stuff to do, and the VATS combat system really lets you play easily with a controller.

Or read a book.

Fixing a sleep schedule is easy.

Disciplining it into your system is a different thing altogether. People are feeble weak minded individuals who allow themselves to get stuck into the traps of modern-day bullshit.

I always fuck up my schelude on fight nights, since im in europe and ufc and boxing happens at like 5 AM and ends at 7AM you can imagine. I dont do it often but when I want to watch it it fucks up my schelude even more

That's a hard scenario - I left my country - Gave away all my shit and started a fresh. Maybe a little extreme but When you're alone you learn more about yourself than you'd think - Depending on how strong you are mentally - You can grow.

I work from home sometimes too and you honestly just need to force yourself to leave the house, got to a local coffee shop, gym, store etc.

Im joining a gym which has a pool and a place to take the sun however im not sure I will do vitamin D wise on the winter because supplements are a scam. I may buy a narrowband UVB lamp and check results with bloodwork.

Losing hair sucks. Not only im balding but my scalp itches due androgen activity + MPB gene. Im going to try with dutasteride injections which is a new treatment and some good results with no sides. If I can stop it im good to go because I still got a decent hairline.

I honestly don't like reading books. I will try just going to sleep. I use flux on the screen to not get fucked by blue light at night. I should buy a lamp which also does this.

Well, then you have to create one for yourself. A good friend of mine, who is on disabilty and thus does shit all during the week had a similar problem, he stayed up all night and slept during the day. Basically, he just started forcing himself to wake up slightly earlier every day. Say, you go to sleep at 6am and wake up at noon on Monday, on Tuesday he set the alarm at half past ten, and so forth. I've also used the same technique back in high school and uni when I suffered from stress-based insomnia .

my thyroid antibodies come up high and doctors say its normal because i have hashimoto, so basically they dont know how to fix it and only patch it with t4 until tsh is in range
