At first I thought it was 2 independent wallclips in quick succession but if you slow it down to 0.25, judging from the initial angle of approach, it looks like the 2nd one is just the continuation of the 1st one, still trying to resolve itself, if you know what I mean.
After the entrance, there is a jump and a wall bump right after. The bump is in the upwards phase of the jump. That is how the normal wall clipping move is triggered. From this point on the game gets confused about the model state and any edges the model hits during that time will likely clip it through.
The bump into the second doorframe is just before the landing within the jump, I think that's the reason it is clipping through
