Hey guys,

I am a new CSGO player who started after CS became free to play. I have logged just over 100 hours into the game, most of which is in competitive. Over the last 25-30 games, I have seen decent improvement after working on sprays and flicks. I'm now almost always consistently server kill leader, with sometimes over double the kills as my teammates. I've been winning 2/3rds of my games, but I still get queued with afk players, throwers, and overall bad teammates in my silver I class. Any tips on how to get out of this hole and how to get to play with more serious players?
