2. Be entertaining, fill in gaps of slow/boring gameplay
3. Have a brand/identity. Something you say/do whenever someone subscribes, follows, donates. etc.. Something predictable that chat can participate in.
4. Production quality (nice vid quality, hud, greenscreen, etc.)
5. Have some X factor that differentiates you from all other streams (character,

To get big you have to be something your chat sees themself into and would want to be; you must not, at any cost, make your public uncomfortable by being different or better.

That's why all the big streamers sucks and do nothing special.
