I can't remember honestly, but you could try cg_impactSparks 0.

Those gib sparks cant be disabled. Just the hit sparks cg_impactsparks 0

cg_gibs / com_blood should work for those gibs and blood effects if you play on one of those servers with the added workshop items.

One thing I wanna disable is those crappy sound effects. !sounds doesn't disable them all, I still get a few that pass thru :/

I had it off, but the update that introduced red blood effects (workshop item/forced serversided) has broken the command and now you can't turn off the sparks that spray upon shooting dead bodies anymore.
