It is not that big of an issue, but yes you can click in the middle of a flick and hit the difference. Logitech mice also do the same thing. In my experience it's better to try yourself and see how it affects your own game.

I think you've just gotten really used to the way the Abyssus feels. Technically, it is worse than most options today. The MM710 has elements that make it a more subjective pick, but it is better in all technical aspects.

I think because you're so used to the S3888, anything that is noticeably different will feel off; what you call smoothing. In reality the Abyssus is a finicky mouse especially if you've ever used the Synapse drivers.

If it's working fine for you, then keep at it. Otherwise I'd definitely switch to a better mouse. As with any mouse change, it will take some time to find something that suits you, and then some time getting used to how it feels.

Just never use synapse drivers and you're fine.

Somehow Razer, and also Logitech for that matter, are not able to produce a windows software without huge flaws introducing new issues, that are not present without it.

well dont know about mm710, but some mices i tryed was unusable. Like you saying "some kind of smoothing on sensors, shitty latency on buttons"... za13 had both of thoes. g102 only have shit sensor with delay or something. like its not starting instantly and not stoping instantly. I actualy had 2 of g102, first one from very first batch where buttuns was very sensitive and i tryed it for 2 days and sold it. And then i bought za13 and some other mices. And then i decide to give g102 another try. And i spend a fucking year trying to make this trash mouse work. I tryed different grip styles i tryed different mouse pads i tryed different mouse feets i drilled fucking holes in it trying to remove some fucking weight...i tryed everything and there is no possible way thats its something wrong with me or with my setup but not the mouse... its only this trash sensor thats limits my performance. Even roccat lua with "worse/cheap/old" sensor, disgusting shape and retarded sensor possition was million times better then this logitech trash mouse.

eehhh, anyway i found a replacement for my abussys, its not perfect, because of unique abussys shape, but sensor feels great. And yea i believe you can found your replacement too.
