i watched these videos so much when they first came out and it really lit a fire in me - it's a trip seeing them over 22 years later and still recognizing all of the names and players.

It looks really really dated and more like something from the early to mid 90's! Nice bit of history though, even if some of it is a little cheesy, it was all innocent, exciting times for everyone there and they sold the dream for a lot of specs who saw this and wanted some of it :)

Its sad they had to try and defend themselves against the videogames = violent thing, that was one of the nastiest, lazy bits of journalism they pushed in the 90's which you don't really get anymore because pretty much anyone under 50 grew up with videogames and realize its BS.

heh that's my upload. idk where I even downloaded those episodes from but the original files are dated 10/7/2001. looked a lot more fun than modern esports events
