And yet not a single announcement by Id. Though I'd keep my hopes up until next year, as the previous remasters took two years to be released, and Q2's from 2023
- Multiplayer would not be good. (Just like in the Q1 and Q2 remaster) And the Singleplayer is not really interesting enough to wanna make me play it again.
- In the Q1 and Q2 remasters, they give you at least a complete and decent Singleplayer experience.
Good times. I'll always have this happy feeling, that I have, when I see a Quake 3 logo. I first felt it the week Quake 3 got released. It's a similar feeling to the one I get on New Year / Christmas morning, when if I'm about to open presents.
It's the only game, that I cared enough about, to get some kind of a special edition at the actual physical store. I bought the tin box. Later, I actually bought Team Arena, and hardly really played it. But, I wanted to support the developers.
I never got any Quake tattoo, but I think that if I had, I would not regret it today.
