Pretty good movie.

i really liked the calm ambiance and actually the slow motions didnt take off the spectular sides of the frags at all, they seem even more awesome in my opion.

tho i have a problem with the playback, its like if the image is frozen and only the moving parts of the screen are refreshed. i hope u have something to fix that. i used the latest divx codec and played it with winamp and wmp.

u need the xvid codec, not divx

try it with the divx player. i have problems with media player and winamp, but it runs with the original divx player

Maybe my pc is too slow, but the sound was always ~10sec ahead of the picture. Imo there should have been even more frags, and then the whole movie should have been speed up a little (a faster song then too). I felt a little irritated by the many different models and the 3rd-person cam.

But since my pc didn't show the movie as expected, I can be wrong too :)

But the fact is that i really think that it's a shit.
For me it's a big piece of crap.
So I just tell what I think.

We all know there's not only newmetal to serve good quake 3 arena Fragmovies, since newmetal is never any good. But this semi-reggae-shit is almost as inappropriate as newmetal. It's just awful and destroys the movie for me(which is a question of taste again as well as a matter of opinion overall so don't even start arguing with me).
Not worth the download at all. Got deleted after watching it once and I regret having spent 5 minutes on that. But I don't regret posting this.

Didn't really like the pace or music, but good frags and editing make up for it. :)

i diddnt really enjoy this movie. i mean the frags were good but the POV's were terrible. first person view is ALOT better in movies. Also the music was like...umm ;)

Yep, this movie is the first of its kind (thinking mostly of the music), and it's just as much interesting to watch than up-speeded movies etc.

very few q3 frag movies are as well concieved and produced as ArtireZ' movies. Being ONLY 90mb and classy as all heck,
im gonna keep this one on my hdd for a long time.
Ill also be on the look out for more of his movies after future quake events.

We talkin the highlights from QuakeCon 2002, WCG 2002 AND this one, ESWC 2002. All of them are created by ArtireZ, and all of them fits into the "All time classic"-category imo :)

easily part of my top10 now. the kills used in the movie didn't necessarily include all of the best from ESWC, but because of the expressive manner in which it captures the intensity of the event - i think it gives the viewer a better overall feel of high level of play rather than the spectacular. the only issue i have with it, preventing a 10 rating, are some of the 3rd person povs, which i feel shouldn't have been used in certain situations.

pure class. i've always believed in finding "beauty and excellence in simplicity" - and this movie embraces that. the parallel transitions between music and action are seamless. for me, this is up there with the badge 2.0.

I watched the movie 3times in a row because i loved the atmosphere supported by the music.

Everyone is free to tell his opinion and music is a matter of taste of course, but what's the point in getting offending ? o_O ?
