I'm searching for some funny Comedy Series. I like the Simpsons, Cheers (some US comedy from the 80's realy great imo) and Loveboat of course.

What other good comdedy is out there ?

btw. Football fans on irc are even more annoying than Russian fanboy's on gtv. Feel free to drop some quotes.

Agreed. Any comedy series where the writer takes the piss out of a crack dealer in London in the early hours of the morning by repeatedly asking for non-existent drugs. Or that fooled THAT many celebrities and MPs into supporting so much stupid stuff...

rofl The Loveboat? :) That is APPALLING, though I do like the Technicolor and the theme tune and music are awesome.

Since Frasier ended, I've been rewatching every episode from s1ep1 and appreciating it so much more. It truly is peerless. I'm a fellow Cheers fan and I do have a soft spot for Taxi too.

In terms of British comedy Blackadder The Third and Goes Forth are unparalleled. Allo Allo series 1 and 2 are hilarious too :) I can't go without mentioning Bolton's favourite son Peter Kay and his Phoenix Nights which are pure genius.

Also Whose line is it anyway... while not a comedy series is bloody hilarious imo. some amazing talents there.
