You can either be a scientist or work in a museum, get an apprenticeship where you actually do practical work, i don’t mean blow something up in a test tube, but a practical working lifestyle.

when signing up at my college i didnt see any A levels for learning how to make stupid forum posts :(

I did an A-Level in 'Officemonkeyology' and it proved to be very useful, as chance would have it I ended up becoming an office monkey.

I got a B in it btw due to my stapling speed being slightly under par. I didnt quite cut the mustard as far as the envelope licking was concerned either.

i got an A in Office Linebackerology.

A levels dont mean too much, from what i have seen it dont matter what you get its just the points that count to get you into uni.

Pretty much like silly GCSE which mean fuck all when you start A levels which then mean fuck all if you go to UNI for a degree (after you started that is ;) )

But of course it all changes if you dont go to UNI, or college :P

heh I don't see what it matters. Luckely for me, astronomy (which is what im gonna study) isn't a very popular course among the students, and since unis are legally bound to take students until their courses are filled up totally, I can go to the best uni as long as I graduate :P

If you are good in school you are good at memorising things, nearly the same applies to university (more or less correct for some subjects).
I know alot monkeys who get good grades just because they learned everything inside out, but understood nothing.

No offense though, grats on your grades! I don't think they are a waste of time, especially maths.
I did math, physics, german and ethics and I am studying computer science now :> (one year to go!)
