The dreamcast is still great. Instead of selling mine, I kept it and play emulators on it. For example, i downloaded every snes game ever made, put 100 on a cd, and play it multiplayer on the dreamcast.
Last time I tried to run snes on my dreamcast, the emulator wasnt really great, seems it could not fully emulate the game and everything was running 75% of the normal speed, I mean it's alright for rpg's but when u want to play street fighter or mario kart, it gets worse.
I hope they've improved the emulators by now though
Quake3 on it was actually fun, even on split screen cuz both of you sucked an equal amount.. it's all about tactics baby! :P (and rl.) needs maps and osp tho!
