hmm well goto

image --> adjustment --> Hue/Saturation

click the [] colorize box in the right bottom..

then play around with the hue and u'd see different colors.. like the one u were asking about :)

I've gotten out of my sepia phase, and decided to take another wack at this, felt sad about skipping out on the cool blue clouds in the background with the sepia, this version should just take the original picture and make it a wee bit better(tom, I'll be your OSP). The grain is a little bit more apparent in this version but I generally find it to look better because the colors are so much more crisp and clear.
