yes the second one from the right (blue and red thing) is if you hit someone with a rocket, and then rail them while they are in the air.

Maybe he didn't shoot any of it, or the lg stats could be fucked. Watch in the fat vs noobs video, you will see him hit some lg just at the end of the game, and then the stats report 0 % lg.

I'm more interested with the following :
Does Q4 calculate shotgun accuracy per pellet (as in osp) or per shell (as in q3 sp, hit 2 shotgun blasts on a bot and you'll get the accuracy reward with 100% ) ?

So I hear that the MG has a scope. How exactly is this activated? Are there secondary functions to the weapons now, or can you only use the +zoom function with certain weapons now?
