According to a UN programme (UNDP aka United Nations Development Programme), Norway is the best country in the world to live in, considering income, education level and expected years to live. Iceland, Australia and Luxembourg takes the next three spots on the list.
Sweden places 6th, USA 10th, UK 15th and France 16th. The 23 lowest ranked countries were all African, with Niger placing last.
This is the fourth year in a row Norway places 1st.
