on a documentary, a skinny old fart of a scientist said that if you eat only vegetables based food starting when you're 20, you live up to 160+ years...in the next frame I closed the tv, grab a coke and a shawerma and ate like a pig...there's no such thing as healthy living...it's useless eating vegies for the rest of your live if a truck runs over you on the street...you get the point

if you live to be 160 you will probably feel like 30 when you are 50 and 40 when you are 70 or smt like that, it's worth it ;)
