best RPG on PC is imo Baldurs Gate 2 closely followed by Planescape: Torment (only for the hardcore fans tho)

fallout is a classic but tbh i was pretty dissapointed with NwN. Never really played Morrowind so cant tell if it really was THAT good.
A huge world and insane graphs is 1 thing but what really makes or breaks an RPG is the storyline/quests/interaction with the main character.

fallout = very fucking awesome, but neverwinternights and morrowinds never got to me. they are just too boring and without the atmosphere that BG and BG2 so brilliantly deliver. fuck i want to play it again since its been 6 months since i last owned mellissan!

I just recently started playing Gothic 2 .. great game .. very much recommend it

Because it is from around 2002 you can whack all the settings to max on PC's and it does look very nice. Some of the model poly counts could be higher but a great game nevertheless ...
