What do you guys think about a diet of only plant based whole foods? I have tied a whole foods plant based diet for 1 week. The difference between what I did and vegan is I couldn't have any added oils, sugar, salt, or anything processed. on day two I realized this was going to be petty awesome. All the pain and fatigue I had is gone. I didn't understand that pretty much all vegetables and fruits have things in them that reduce cancer, diabetes, and inflammation. Meat on the other hand is bad to eat from a nutritional standpoint because of the lack of nutrition and high fat/cholesterol. You can't eat enough meat to get 100 percent of the vitamins or minerals it provides without getting a lot of fat and cholesterol. I believe this is the reason so many people are getting sick.

Why to people feel the need to be in groups and isolate our self from others? This to me just takes away individuality and free thought. This also isolates us from reality. We all end up creating our own views of reality and a lot of times they end up being the same do to media and google changing search for what you might like.
I am pretty much saying to me it seems like everyone view of reality is messed up do to lies and miss information that has been spread usually with money being the driving force. This is because most people just believe anyone that claims to be news. I guess the last sentence is just because people believe what they want.

I really can't understand why people vote for Hillary or Trump. It should be clear to everyone that Bernie Sanders is the best candidate. The only real reason I can even guess is they see the negative media against Bernie Sanders and assume he is a bad chose and don't actually know anything about politics or the 3 candidates policies. There is also the other option that they are just voting for the candidate they like personally instead of voting based on policy. Are my guesses right or am I missing something?

Lofra only converted the cl_mouseaccel so the source is slightly confusing but the sensitivity and cl_mousesencap is easy to convert.
edit: pvh said in his post k1llsen's effective dpi should be be 375 but measured out seemed to be 361 with margin for human error.

qwih did the conversion for 361 dpi. Although technically the above settings should be correct pvh messured his g9x out too be equal too 361 dpi which could be correct because most mice are off by a very small amount of dpi.

I know having com_maxfps 250 halves the amount of footsteps you hear but how does it effect it if you use less than 250 but more than 125 for example 126? Also does the fps effect the feel of how shots register?

I have tried spraying at the wall in practice matches in cs go. Oddly I find getting prefect spray patterns is easier with 500hz but 1000hz is smoother. I have a zowie fk1 so the hz is perfectly stable so that is not an issue. I get perfect spray patterns with 500hz almost every time but with 1000hz even though I feel I am making the right movements the pattern doesn't turn out correctly. Basically I want to know if this is in my head or if 500hz polling is actually more consistent and whether or not others have experienced this? Also I am use to 1000hz polling not 500hz so it is not that I am more use to 500hz because I am more use to 1000hz.

I no longer have issues with 1000hz vs 500hz. It was some weird issue with a USB port. It was stable on mouse tests but something was happening that was messing with the mouse movement. Somehow it handled the issue better with 500hz.

Final result: It turned out to be a setting in my bios that is commonly used for overclocking that was a default setting on my motherboard. It is called CPU load line calibration. It was causing my USB ports to not work correctly.

What exactly does this do? I have no interest in using k1llsen's sensitivity mainly because I don't want carpel tunnel. But more importantly in the k1llsen thread I read that the accel doesn't act the same if you change cpi. Is this true and if so how do you convert it?

I realize it is a sims 4 mouse but just take a look. It looks kind of like it is shaped like the kinzu v2 with two side buttons on the left side. I think caffeine has been making my thinking a bit foggy so I decided to stop consuming it. Has anyone else stop consuming caffeine? Did you feel better after?
Update: I haven't had not had caffeine since I started this post. I also had not had any of the problems I thought it caused since then. I decided for some reason to make sure it was the caffeine and not coffee. I guess so I could drink soda and eat chocolate if I wanted to which I almost never do anyway. About 25 to 30 minutes after consuming caffeine I became tired and confused. About 45 minutes to an hour after consuming it I became disoriented kind of like if I was drunk and I had a tough time staying alert enough to even know what was happening. At that point it would have been torturous to even attempt to hold a conversation. Also it lowered my heart rate but made it so I could feel my heart beating. I am not sure why caffeine effects me like this.

Has anyone else experience very poor quality from steelseries? I have had three steelseries mice and they are all broken. I have had a deathadder that lasted for 5 years and a microsft mouse that I picked up a few years ago. Both are fine. I have had 3 steelseries mice all are defective or broken. Steelseries kana keeps disconnecting randomly, sensei keeps disconnecting randomly and crashing all my other usb ports. And the rival works with the old firmware but has a delay and the delay is fixed when I update the firmware but then the mouse skips like crazy to the right and upward. Why can't I get one steelseries product that works. Well anyway is it normal for mice to be this unreliable or is it steelseries mice? Just want to know if I need to search high and low for the more reliable and highly rated mouse or just get one that isn't steelseries?

How many duels can you play in a row before you start to have a some trouble focusing or making good decisions? What do you do to to combat this?

Quake live keeps displaying my friends list in the chat. When that happens it tells my friends that I logged off and then back on. Also when that happens my game freezes and then I lag for a little bit after that. This happens a lot during matches and it is getting pretty annoying. I am actually loosing games because this happens during fights.

I am just curious, does anyone else feel like they have less control when there mouse is set to 1000hz vs 500hz..

How important is it that your fps stay stable. With widows 8.1 my fps is always changing. But with windows 7 they are always 250.

The number value for the sensitivity is the same as well as m_yaw and m_pitch. I am not using any acceleration. I am testing this by simply moving from one side of my mouse pad to the other and seeing how much I turn.Is this happening to anyone else?

I recently purchased a steelseries kana. I thought it had an avago 3090, but I found out it doesn't. It has a pix art 3305DK-H. Is this sensor bad? I read steelseries fixed all the problems for the sensor. Should I return it and get a mouse with the avago 3090? Or is the kana a good mouse?

I just got a new mousepad. It's a Qck+, so I turned down my sensitivity and realized my intellimouse 3.0 has negative acceleration. Is the zowie evo shaped kind of like the ime 3.0 and are they any good? Can anyone with a zowie mouse who also has a large mouse pad test for negative accel. It's pretty easy. All you need to do is open a game like quake that you can set your sensitivity very low (something like 0.5) and move from one side of the mouse pad to the other at a slow or medium speed. And then move the mouse very fast to the other side, if it ends up in the same spot there is no negative or positive accel.

I usually use 400dpi or 800dpi. I have experimented with acceleration before. I have used sensitivity 2 cl_Mouseaccel .25 . I also have used sensitivity 2.5 cl_mouseaccelcap 5 cl_mouseaccel .12 . Any way the point is I just would like peoples feedback on acceleration in quake, if they think its bad or if you think its good. Without any accel I usually use around 2.5 sensitivity at 800 dpi.

I have been doing some reading about light boost and according to Chief Blur Buster light boost adds 4ms of input delay to whatever monitor your using. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with this monitor using light boost and whether or not you notice the extra input lag?

The friction of the qck seems to keep changing. Sometimes it has a smooth glide and other times it has tons of friction that varies as I move the mouse. Is there any soft mouse pads with a consistent glide?

For some reason my aim seems better in quake with angle snapping. In other games it makes my aim worse.

I have heard 144hz doesn't work well with quake and that you should just set it to 120hz because its capped at 125 fps anyway. What do you guys think? I can't tell if there is any problem with 144 by using it. I was using 60hz before so they both are way better to me.

Anyone else have this problem when I have 75+ ping I get negative acceleration? This happens with all the mice I have had and all the mouse pads as well as all motherboards and well everything.

What does this do? It feel a lot like angle snapping. I actually like this it makes it feel like I have more control of the mouse. Also I feel like m_filter doesn't do to much it gets stronger with m_filter 2 or higher.

Why do the pros use low monitor resolutions?

Is it time to get a new mousepad if there is about 3x the friction in one or two spots or should I just keep cleaning it and does cleaning it fix the problem? The spot where I have the super friction looks shiny really screwing my aiming. And are there any cloth mousepads that don't ware quickly?

Just want your opinions. How many people use accel and how do you think it effects your muscle memory. I have gave it some thought and decided the muscle memory doesn't have to do with how far you move the mouse and how that effects your aim in-game. I have done some testing. Using now accel I end up using 5.5 - 6 sensitivity with 400dpi. The test with accel I just loaded up rapha's qcon 2013 config. I have had a problem for a few months and honestly I am pretty much use to it but. The problem is if I mouse my mouse and stop I can watch it stop moving about half a second after I have already stopped moving the mouse. This is the same thing in-game It feels like the mouse is just a bit behind what i am doing. I have a steel series sensei and a qck mouse pad. This problem seems to go away sometime not often.

Is it just me or do the default mouse feet suck. I seem to be getting a lot of friction which is good for high sens. I was curious would Teflon mouse feet help or is it the weight? I am using SS qck.

I have notice some configs czm is a good example. His m_yaw is 0.021 and his m_pitch is -0.014. You can turn angle snapping/prediction on with a xia or sensei. If you turn it up all the way it feels almost the same as czm"s config. I have noticed a few others like this. Anyway why are they making it harder to move vertically?

Is ExactAccel the same accel that the kinzu has and does anyone use exactaccel? Basically any information about exactaccel would be nice I am thinking of using it. I have the Steelseries sensei.

I recently noticed i was having a lot of trouble aiming. At first i thought i was having a bad day, but I decided to do some tests. I did a 360 test. I found out the mouse was randomly moving either to much or to little. I then switched the in_mouse to -1, then in_restart and tried it again and did a perfect 360 every time.

Conclusion: If your having sensitivity issues try typing in_mouse -1 and then in_restart, and see if it helps.

I was just curious if there is any way to to get cl_mouseaccel 2.5 at 400cpi to be the same at 800cpi. Anyone know the math for that?
