Another edition of the famous Asus Cup series is kicking off in Russia Moscow today. As usual, the Quake 3 tournament is featuring the elite of eastern europe with players such as Belarus Cypher, Russia Cooller and China Jibo and will most likely deliver great matches on GTV once again.
The tournament starts with a Groupstage (bo1) followed by a double elimination bracket (bo1).

The ASUS Open Summer 2009 is taking place this weekend and the next one in Russia Moscow. However the Quake 3 Quake 3 tournament will in Saturday 22nd of August.

ASUS continues its new tradition to make online cups before the big main LAN event in Russia Moscow. Today, the Quake 3 Quake3 vq3 tournament is taking place with payed tickets/quotes as prizes! We hope to see best players from CIS to compete each other and everyone is welcome to watch this epic action. Today, CyberFight announced information about the upcoming 26th ASUS Open tournament, which traditionally gathers the best teams and players of the Eastern European region. Main sponsors of tourney are once again ASUS and Intel.

During two weekends, the 22-23rd and 29-30th of August, hundreds of CIS teams and players will meet together in Russia Moscow to fight for 800 000 rubles (about $25,500) at the Flashback and Click-Net game-centers.


A bit later, CyberFight will announce the online qualifiers for popular games, including Quake 3. The best players of these tournaments will get free tickets to the ASUS Open tournaments and different prizes from the sponsors.
