I play in the IDL ZDaemon CTF League and STA QW Draft TDM League which have small communities where everyone knows everyone else. You rarely see aliases on servers and we generally play organized pickup mix games to practice. Both leagues are doing fairly well, with the IDL lasting 11 seasons thus
