The lastest Quake 4 patches (or Point Releases) are available on the ID Software website.

Since the multiplayers maps provided by Quake 4 are not that fun and well suited. Some talented mappers worked on new maps for the community. I divided them into 3 categories: 1v1, TDM and CTF. Here are the links for the most popular ones:

Here are the most known and played modifications at the moment:

- 4: Servers browsers and Tools -

* Servers browsers:
- SkQ4 is a powerfull servers-browser plugin for mIRC.
- HLSW is the one that I use.
- MAXBrowse is the server browser made by the Q4MAX guys.
- xQuery (includes a scorebot)
- Q4mon is a web-based servers browser. So you won't have to install anything!
- Kquery
- Qtracker
- The All-Seeing Eye (you will need this text file to replace the default one, don't forget to make a backup first - you can also get the flags back if you read this thread)

* Demo players:
- q4replay is really light and easy to use.
- Seismovision is heavier and more complex but also handles many more games.

* Scorebots:
- QuakeScoreBot By Mr_Chaos and rev`en
- MAXScores By panni and cmd
- xQuery By bast

*Bots:
- SABot: Stupid Angry Bot's forum.

* Misc:
- gamma fixer will restore your windows gamma setting if your game crashes.
