Configs

This is aimed at people that already have a decent config (from osp/ra3/etc), if you're new to quake 3 there's plenty of guides on configs around the web. These are just some of the more cpm-specific commands that you'll really need to have in your config.

Theres two different ways to drop weapons in cpm tdm, personally I use individual weapon drops so there's less fiddling around and time is saved, but more valuable keyboard space is taken; which would look something like this:

This will drop the weapon that you're holding, so if you want to drop multiple weapons you have to switch between them and then press the bind.
Although most of the above are common(ish) settings they aren't going to be suited to everyone, edit and experiment as you like, it's important to have a config which you feel comfortable with.

There's plenty more commands you could try out, but these are the ones worth thinking about for team deathmatch (just my opinion). If you want the rest take a look through the "/cpma" folder for changelog.txt and the "/docs" folder for client.txt and commands.txt
