Finding the best CSGO gambling sites in 2019 is not that easy. CSGO gambling has had a chequered past to say the least, with many sites being shut down and penalised because of illegal activity.
There is clearly a demand among some Counter-Strike lovers to bet on their favourite game but for the sector to be sustainable long-term, CSGO gambling sites must comply with the laws - primarily for the safety and security of esports fans but also for the sake of themselves.
In the latest dev stream they had some comments about plans for CA and CTF. We've been loud and clear about CTF, so I figured why not have a poll about how we feel about CA :)
Cup start next week at Monday 21 April 2014. Designated match days for TDM, CTF and CA are Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday at 13:00 CST respectively. Full schedule can be seen on cup pages below.
Important to mention is that CTF cup due to low number of signups won't have playoffs, instead whole cup will be played in Double Round Robin stage with 2 matches played vs each enemy. TDM and CA will have playoffs after the group stage as already anounced.

This week we have not made any changes to the weekly cups format but we have seen some significant increases in the CA 2v2 Cups. We had three events run this week with thirteen teams signed up, the largest turn out was Saturday with six teams signed up. We are currently still running free Cups for TDM/CA 2v2 nightly.
The new cups format and map pools listed below will take effect starting today. All the cups for the whole week are posted on the site, so feel free to head on over and take a look. Remember all these points you win can be exchanged for prizes, such as Razer gear in the FACEIT Shop.
While a watched kettle never boils, fortunately a watched frag movie does render, and earth_quake proudly presents the members of Paradox Clan in their namesake frag movie. Sit back, crank the volume up and enjoy a year's worth of frags!
Please note that the YouTube quality is not optimal (and the video is blocked in Germany), so for the best experience please download the video. The 'teaser' is intended to persuade you to download the video, rather than streaming it.

Miraculously surviving the wreckage of ClanBase, the lads at UrbanZone have kept the Urban Terror Nations Cup alive, wrangling in a massive amount of teams. We have arrived at the final matches with France and Australia set to clash in the Grand Final at 17:30 CDT. The Bronze Match will played at 17:00 CDT, where USA faces off against Brazil. If you're unfamiliar with Urban Terror, this is a perfect chance to take a peek at the very best the competition has to offer.
Signups have been closed and divisions have been set. There have been 18 signups for TDM, 8 for CTF and 14 for CA. We decided to go with 3 divisions for TDM and 2 for CTF and CA, even though number of signups for CTF is extremely low.
Any suggestions for (potential) division changes should be posted as reply in Main Cup Page for any cup in question.
Maze - a 15 minute long CPM movie closing a gaming chapter in the life of a German DeFRaG player who started in 2005. With this movie two defragger, Maze and Bliccer, want to say thank you and goodbye to the community.
This movie comes in all kind of flavours. Everything available in HQ, MQ, and LQ. A standard name & time hud, topviews of the maps for orientation and the COMPLETEPACK, which includes the topviews as a second video track, input subtitles, extra clips, all redesigned maps (you can use these for your own demos) and maze' demos.
Movie download is preferred to YouTube streaming, since latter doesn't support 50fps. Of course the author recommends downloading the completepack and starting the full experience by reading the info file inside.

Hoonymode is a novel form of 1v1 play, loosely based on tennis rules.
All in-game behaviour (weapons, physics, items, etc) remains the same
as standard DM: the change is in how the game progresses from one frag
to the next.
During warmup, two spawnpoints are chosen by the players. One will
typically be a "stronger" spawn and the other "weaker". When the game
begins, these are where the players will spawn, with the strong spawn
considered the equivalent of having the "serve".
Each player death (regardless of source, i.e. a suicide is considered
a kill for the opponent) is treated as a distinct point. After a point
is scored, play does not continue as in DM: instead, the players and
the arena are reset, and a new point is contested for. Players switch
spawnpoints at this time, so the player who had the weak spawn for the
previous point now has the strong one, effecting a change of serve.
Players are given a few seconds between points to reconsider strategies
etc.
Games are played to a point limit, with the clock not being a factor.
A player must reach that limit and be at least two points clear of
his opponent to win, i.e. in a 5-point game, 5-4 is a lead not a win:
the player still needs another point to clinch it.
Implementation Specifics:
Players claim a spawnpoint by moving near it and using the spawn
command (via console/bind/etc).
Referees can choose spawnpoints for players by using "spawn <pid>"
(Players can also use this when playing bots).
Players are not FORCED to choose a spawnpoint: spawns will be random (not
recommended).

After the success of Draft Punk Get Lucky (big shoutout to players, and admins) we would like to bring forward the second installment Draft Punk, aptly titled One More Time! This will be a one day, single elimination, draft style, NTF tournament. Please note we have set a cap of 48 players, and that sign-ups will be on a first come, first serve basis, anyhow, here is the information:
1. This will be a single elimination tournament;
2. The Draft and the Tournament will occur on the same day; and,
3. There is a hard-cap of 48 players, on a first come, first server basis. Players can continue to sign-up, and maybe required as a substitute for an unavailable player.
* Denotes captains who are on standby. These players will be captains if required, say for example if we have more players sign-up, or if another captain drops out.
Players will sign up to be eligible for the Live Draft, from today, until the draft starts, or April 26, 2014, from which the admins will select the captains. The captains will be picked on skill, and experience, and they will select their teams from the remaining player base.
To sign up for the Live Draft, please contact nekon, or xerosawyer, via #DraftPunk, on irc.quaknet.org, or via email to xerosawyer@gmail.com.
Please include your alias, location, and position of play (attack, defence, class?).
Check-in for the Draft begins at 08:00 CDT, 26 April 2014, ending by 09:00 CDT, 26 April 2014. The draft will begin five, to ten minutes after check-in is closed. This is the mandatory check-in process.
All players who wish to play must be signed up ahead of time, and must be check-in via IRC. Players who sign, and do not attend the Live Draft, will not be eligible to play!
The pre-selected captains will have voice (“+”) in the channel, and the channel will be moderated. Each captain will have setup their own IRC channel, and once selected by a captain, the player MUST go to that captain’s channel. Captains communicate with admins and schedule games with other captains.
The Tournament: The tournament will commence on 11:00 CDT, 26 April 2014.
The Format: This tournament will be a single elimination bracket, where each game is a best out of three. The Grand Finals will consist of one best of five set.
The format of this tournament will be 5v5, however, each team will also carry one substitutes, for a total of six players. Teams are encouraged to allow all players for a chance to compete, or and to remember that they can use their substitute player as a coach.
Map Selection: Teams will flip a coin-toss (/callvote random 2) for first pick, the loser will select the second map. For the third map, the team who selected the second map will drop the first map, and the team who picked the first map, repeat, until there is one map left. So, (1) Pick, (2) Pick, (2) Drop, (1) Drop, (2) Pick.
Servers: The loser of the map selection, or the team who picks the second map, will select the first server, and the winner of the map selection, or the team who picks the first map, will select the second server. If there is a tie-breaking game, the teams must find an agreeable server. If they cannot reach an agreement, the server will be selected by an administrator.
All servers are to use NTF rules.
Cheating: All forms of cheating (aimhack, wallhack, aliasing) are prohibited, and will result in an immediate ban, and replacement.
Rule Interpretation: Admins have final say over the interpretation of the rules, and can unilaterally enforce a course of action if it has not been explicitly covered in the rules.
We have made a few changes to the EU weekly cups. We have added free TDM/CA Cups each night of the week in order to further promote these events. So feel free to join as often as you like. This will also help us determine which night of the week is the more popular for each gametype. We have also changed the late night level ten cup to alternating level 2/3 cups, this is because more of our cup player base has a lower tier rating. This weekends Fun Cup is Furious Heights, we figured since it is not in the map pool this month it should be played multiple times in a row.
The new cups format and map pools listed below will take effect starting today. All the cups for the whole week are posted on the site, so feel free to head on over and take a look. Remember all these points you win can be exchanged for prizes, such as Razer gear in the FACEIT Shop.
