Finding the best CSGO gambling sites in 2019 is not that easy. CSGO gambling has had a chequered past to say the least, with many sites being shut down and penalised because of illegal activity.

There is clearly a demand among some Counter-Strike lovers to bet on their favourite game but for the sector to be sustainable long-term, CSGO gambling sites must comply with the laws - primarily for the safety and security of esports fans but also for the sake of themselves.
spart1e and strenx join NeVo (not) (124 comments)
Posted by xou @ 16:42 CDT, 1 August 2011 - iMsg
Yesterday on Next Evolution's website was announced the recruitment of a Quakelive squad. Sweden Sebastian "spart1e" Siira and France Kévin "strenx" Baéza are now the two quake duelist who will represent nevo, starting with QuakeCon 2011 in United States of America Dallas! The manager for these two players will be Ukraine Dmitriy "nicerdicer" Khorev, who's also the admin of the JeeSports quake cups.

The announcement also tells us that strenx will be going in Ukraine Kiev in a few days to boot-camp with the likes of Cypher and av3k. And maybe to play the ASUS Summer 2011 from there. For spart1e, the training plan remains unknown so far.

It was not a secret that Fnatic wouldn't send the two players to QuakeCon and lost interest in Quakelive after the games announcement for the new Intel Extreme Masters season. They also made an announcement to say goodbye to their quakers yesterday.

Next Evolution is a rather new structure in the world of e-sports, their website was just launched a month ago and this is their first Quakelive section. Props to United Kingdom Zac "IMaG" Bell for stepping up in the Quake world in these not so bright days.

Update: The head manager of NeVo has been AFK for 2 weeks and someone decided to "close" the team. Now, spart1e will attend QuakeCon 2011 with his own money (or not) and strenx re-joined Fnatic.

Before Australia Peter "Ventz" Kidson and Timothy "zlr" Shey set off to QuakeCon 2011 in Dallas, TX, they kindly dedicated some time out from practicing to answer a few questions for us. This interview was conducted before the most recent Quakecon announcement about the voting system for play offs, so unfortunately this question was excluded in the Interview.

QuakeCon 2011 - Duel Group Advancement (288 comments)
Posted by SyncError @ 15:54 CDT, 29 July 2011 - iMsg
24 players will be entering the Group Stage of the QC11 Duel Masters, 16 of which will advance to the Playoffs. Of our 6 groups of 4, the top 2 competitors from each group secure their place in the Playoff Bracket.

From the twelve competitors that did not advance, 4 players will be chosen. Not by stats, not by the admins, nor by random choice -- 4 players will be chosen by the community via Facebook. Our "Community Choice Award Poll" will become available shortly after Group Stages conclude at 17:30 CDT, 4 August 2011.

Cast your vote for your favorite player, someone who impressed you despite losing groups, a fan favorite top seed that fell in an upset, your friend. If you are one of these twelve players, feel free to use the polling time to drum up support and encourage others to vote your way to the Playoffs.

Unconventional for tournaments? Yes. Gimmicky, sure. But we hope that allowing the community to have some say in who gets to compete all while generating more gameplay in the Playoffs can only be a positive thing.

We hope everyone has an opportunity to follow the streams, and come time cast their vote.

Update: Monitors for the QL tournaments will be provided by Alienware with the Alienware OptX AW2310 120hz (See this post).

Update: 37 Teams have already signed up, let's make it at least 40 until the signup close Sunday night. We will try to deliver an even playing field for everyone with ~8-12 team strong divisions and straight forward TDM fun with a streamlined league system and scheduling. Make sure to sign up before the 31th July so we can top the 48 teams playing in the HoQ CTF League.

Division 1 and other highlight matches will be streamed by Level Up and HoQ.tv and there will be weekly coverage posts here on ESReality, you don't want to miss out on this! Thursday evening is TDM evening!

zlr to represent Vox Eminor in Qcon`11 (35 comments)
Posted by M05 @ 01:58 CDT, 28 July 2011 - iMsg
Australia Timothy "zlr" Shey has also been rewarded this year for his consistent top three performance in the Australian scene and will be playing under the Vox Eminor banner. Vox Eminor will be supporting his travels overseas to QuakeCon 2011 in Dallas, Texas, and wish him the best of luck on his international appearance. Tim hopes for the trip to be a great learning experience competing against some of the worlds best players.

Many of you would not know but Tim has been regularly working behind the scenes at 4Seasons Gaming, both as a web coder and second in charge, since its creation in 2009. I am very pleased to see a reward for his efforts as a player and as an Australian community idol.

CSN Interviews Ziel (35 comments)

Recently, Joel "Nude-fox" Fox met up with the current QuakeCon 2010 Amateur Champion and upcoming North American Duel Pro, United States of America ziel. Fox asked him about his humble start, his experience as a new pro dueler and what he expects out of life and his competitive chances at this years 2011 QuakeCon.

Ziel touches on his role as the 'new North American pro', his passion for learning and playing the drums and so much more. The questions are good, but the answers are better! Well worth the read.
