Servers will be decided based on what are local to the players. If available, a server where players have as close to equal ping as possible should be chosen. If that server is not available, a cointoss (callvote random 2h/t) will decide which player gets the 'home' server.

Participation: To participate in this tournament, players are expect to register via google forms, and are required to join the CPMA Discord server.

Map Selection: Map will be decided by cointoss (separate from region toss) at the beginning of the first match, loser can ban a map, winner then chooses map. The loser of the first found will then be considered the 'winner' of the coin toss for the second match. The process will appear as follows: Coin toss, +ban(loser), +pick (winner). +ban(match 1 winner), +pick(match 1 winner),etc

Match Reporting: After the matches are complete both players are required to submit their results to an admin. Any discrepancies in reported scores will be investigated by admins.

Matches Details: Players must take an end of game screenshot, and a complete demos of all their games. Players can use cg_autoaction 7 to have a demo, and screenshot be automatically recorded by the game. Players must be able to provide demos of their games upon request.

Nick: Your nick on sign-up list should be the one you use on Discord, and in-game. No fakenicks allowed!

Behaviour: Be nice to one another. *especially the competitors*. This is a beginners tournament and you do not want to scare away new players. Excessively flaming other players, spectators, casters, admins or referees will lead to disqualification.

Cheating: Any, and all forms of cheating, or assistance will lead to disqualification.

Make sure you register on the site and sign-up to one or more of the events before Nov 27th 11:59pm EST. Once you have sign-up pay the entry fee of $5 CAD, make sure you select CAD from the drop down on paypal. Contact an admin on discord when you have to make sure your payment is accounted for as fast as possible.

If you just missed the deadline, please contact TheMafia on discord ASAP! If you are very late we may not enter you into the event at all! If you are late, the payment of $5 CAD will be required first, and you will be manually entered into the event by the admins only if payment is confirmed!

Seeding will be decided by admins, rules are finalized. Maps will be distributed and preparations for the main event will be underway. If you want to help out, contact us on discord.

Dec 2, 6:00pm EST (00:00 CET) the brackets will be live. Meet on discord with the other contestants in the designated channel to begin your duels, make sure an admin knows you are playing.

If you start your games on this day (Dec 2) they will count as you being 'Checked-in' for the mandatory check-in the next day. This is here to allow people with a tight schedule to remain in the event.

Dec 3, 12:00PM to 2:00PM EST (18:00 to 20:00 CET) - You must sign in and start your duels at this time, i have opened the check in time to a wider slot so that the check in does not favor the EU players. I have been informed that 12:00pm EST (18:00 CET) is a little early for some NA players.

During this day, you can play winners and losers brackets up to and NOT including the quarter finals. Any matches past this may not be counted unless one of the players will not be in attendance the next day (this player is willingly giving up any additional prizes gained beyond this point)

After a break for the contestants, as there will be players exhausting their energy in both tournaments, the brackets will resume on Dec 4th, at 2:00pm EST (20:00 CET).

Most games in this section will be broadcast on streams so the pace will be slower to make sure all games are covered.

For those registered and paid for any or both TCPM tournaments by Nov 18th there will be a small cup to determine some of the seeding between NA/EU players on Nov 19, 2016

There will be a limited amount of spots, but there will be prizes:
Top 3 will get to sponsor another player into the main event, additionally:

Instead of accepting donations blindly, I will instead allow each person donating $10 CAD or more to sponsor a player into the tournament. So if you donate $10, you may select a player to play in the tournament, if you donate $15 you can sponsor two players and so on. This will count for all donations already received.
