With the BOXR Duel Cup around the corner, the BOXR community will be hosting a Reflex CTF show match tomorrow night in what will the be the first public demonstration of the game-mode. This event will feature a wide spectrum of players from those guys started played arena-fps games recently, to old farts that have been playing for ages.

This will be a pickup style tournament. The plan is that the players will be split into teams, and teams will play each other until someone drops dead. Remember this event is scheduled for Thursday September 24, 2015 with things kicking off at 16:00 CST. Commentary and casting will be provided by United Kingdom Gilanguar of r/ArenaFPS, and United States of America KovaaK from QuakeWorld, through the twitch BOXR platform. Try not to miss this!

The sign-ups for ql Quake Live TDM 4v4 Fall Season are open from Sunday 20th September until 11th of October 2015.

League start will be Sunday 18th of October, duration depends on the sign-ups (1 match per week). Division 1 plays Sunday, Division 2 Monday at 21:00 CET.

Check below for all needed informations and sign-up! If you already have player and clan account on House of Quake, feel free to sign-up right away. Otherwise make sure to register yourselves and your clan first.
You can also now donate for the league. This should help to build some prize money for the competition and to attract / motivate more teams to sign up!

125FPS reports that Sunday cup and tournament funds have been almost exhausted to a current balance of 4358 RUB (roughly $65 USD). In a recent news post it is described that the remaining balance is not enough to cover any future Sunday cups or tournaments, and goes on to state that the 125FPS Pro League and planned show match prize pools are not affected by this issue.

The post concludes with an appeal to the community for contributions:

Autumn has started and it's time for another Moscow Quake LAN Party. Last editions #20 & #21 had an unusual draft tournament system where mixed teams competed in team formats. This time Moscow Quake LAN Party is back to it's roots featuring QL Duel and QL CA 3x3 as a second team mode. Almost the same format happened a year ago at LAN Party #19 and gathered almost all top players from Russia. Event will happen in the same place as the last few times: The CyberSport Laboratory in Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth and Tourism.

Due to the absence of sponsors currently there's no prize money(players only pay 7$ entrance fee for PC rent), so the tournament is open for donations. This should help to build some prize money for the competition and to attract/motivate more players/teams to sign up!

The Thunderdome Season 5 is coming up and registrations are open to everyone!

It will be run in 6 Divisions: (Div0, Pro, Regular High, Regular Low, Advanded Rookies, Rookies) so that everyone can have good match ups and close games. If enough players sign up, continents may get their own sections.

Registrations are open until 20-25th of September.
